Based in Lisbon Portugal, Lidija Kolovrat initially studied
cinema directing before switching to fashion design. Her designs
are in demand across Europe and have been featured in exhibitions
in Lisbon, Paris and Milan as well as associated projects in the
Arts. These include "Portuguese Fashion - The Revelation" in
Lisbon, "I Don't Die, I Oxidise (Feature Factory)", OVO/Eggzistenze
(360degrees Gallery Milan)...just to name a few.
Her creations are architectural masterpieces... mingk is proud
to be the first to reveal some of her pieces to Australian and New
Zealand audiences.... pieces that break all the rules of
conventionality.
